Post 139 Elections

On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, during the Post’s General Membership Meeting, American Legion Post 139 nominated personnel for all Post positions including Commander, 1st Vice Commander, 2nd Vice Commander, Sergeant at Arms, Chaplain, and at large executive committee members. The full slate of nominees was sent out by Commander Rodriguez, if you did not get the email, please reach out to the Commander or stop in the Post on May 29th to see the slate and submit your ballet.

The elections for our Post Officers will occur all day on May 29th from 10:00 to 18:00. To submit your vote, you may print a copy of the slate and physically submit it to the box that will be located in the post lounge. However, we will also provide some extra ballots at the post that may be filled out on the spot. Your post membership will be substantiated by our staff either by presentation of your membership card or a valid identification which will be compared to our membership roster. All ballots must be delivered in person to the post.

Beginning at 18:01, the appointed post counting team will tally up the ballots and the successful candidates will be subsequently announced and installed at the following all member meeting on June 26, 2024.
