DESCRIPTION:The elections for our Post Officers will occur all day on May 29th from 10:00 to 18:00. \nAttached to this email is a PDF copy of the final slate of the nominees finalized by our \nmembership at our meeting on Wednesday\, April 24\, 2024. To submit your vote\, you \nmay print a copy of the slate and physically submit it to the box that will be located in \nthe post lounge. However\, we will also provide some extra ballots at the post that may \nbe filled out on the spot. Your post membership will be substantiated by our staff either \nby presentation of your membership card or a valid identification which will be compared \nto our membership roster. All ballots must be delivered in person to the post. \n \nBeginning at 18:01\, the appointed post counting team will tally up the ballots and the \nsuccessful candidates will be subsequently announced and installed at the following all \nmember meeting on June 26\, 2024.

We will have our next all membership meeting on Wednesday\, October 25th\, 2023 at 19:00. \nFor those who were unable to attend the last meeting or have yet to visit the new post\, the street address is 3445 Washington Blvd\, Arlington\, Virginia 22201 and the main entrance is right next to the exterior flagpole. \nThe post has a very limited amount of parking in the basement of the building. We will have a representative at the entrance to the garage beginning around 18:30 to allow access for attendees of the meeting. Once all our allocated spaces are filled\, we will pull the representative and place a sign encouraging additional members to park at any available street parking or across the street at the George Mason University\, Arlington Campus\, parking lot.
